<H> Unpossible 4/8 HC DS - LF excellent hunter

Our core group of raiders joined together from various guilds on Undermine at the very end of July. We were the best from the top guilds and we were tired of carrying dead weight and being told what to do by uninvolved GMs. We formed Unpossible and went 6/7 HC pre-nerf in FL; the first Horde guild to do so. We are a 10-man only guild that runs four separate and autonomous raid groups throughout the week. We don't alternate raiders; if you achieve a raid slot it will be yours unless you fail to perform and someone better comes along. Loot is handled as a tool for progression, not as a reward for play.

This position is in our primary, hardcore group. We are 4/8 HC DS, all server firsts, and we are ranked 372-US/1717-World. We need a strong candidate to stand with us as we continue to push through heroic progression.

Our hardcore group raids on T/T/Sun from 9p-1a EST. We will also often add Mondays when we are pushing new content. We are a very stable group with excellent camraderie; the successful recruit will mesh well with our (often naughty) sense of humor and our tendancy to often give constructive criticism. If you are constantly tweaking your spec/gear in order to stay ahead of the curve, if you own up when you make a mistake and actively attempt to perform better, and if you can pull solid numbers, we want you. We are all used to consistently ranking on World of Logs, and we like to analyze our performance via that tool and theorycraft after raids.

We are specifically only looking for a hunter. Right now we only have 1 shaman on that tier token and we want to share the wealth/balance things out.
