Who are you?
We're Apotheosis, an Alliance raiding guild focused on 25-man raiding.

What's your progression?
We're currently 1/8 25-man HM, with Heroic Morchok down, working on Heroic Hagara. We left T11 at 7/13 HM and T12 at 6/7 HM and got Glory of the Firelands Raider. We are the number one 25-man guild on our server.

Where are you located?

What are you looking for?
1 Hunter
1 Retribution Paladin
1 Enhancement Shaman
Up to 2 more unspecified ranged DPS (no shadow priests)

(That includes elemental shaman, moonkins, mages, warlocks and even another hunter apart from the one we're currently seeking!)

When are your raids?
We raid three hours a night, three hours a week for 9 hours of raiding.

Tuesdays: 9pm ET - midnight ET
Thursdays: 9pm ET - midnight ET
Sundays: 9pm ET - midnight ET

What are your attendance requirements?
All raiders are expected to maintain 75% attendance (9 of 12 raids in a given month, roughly).

Do you have a "bench"?
We don't have a "bench" but we have people on standby most nights. People are swapped in and out with regularity, officers, raiders and initiates alike. It is rare that you will be sat for an entire evening. Swapouts usually occur around the halfway mark of the raid, around 10:30pm ET. Guildies are expected to be online no later than 8:50pm ET so that we can pull promptly at 9pm.

How do you deal with loot?
We use the EPGP loot system with some variations on item costs.

Here is what we're looking for in potential recruits.
1. DEPENDABILITY (Need the raid to be ATLEAST 8/10 of the same people every raid night)
2. Must be 18yrs or older, we don't want your mommy telling you it's bedsy bye time.
3. At least 380ish item lvl.
4. Skill. If you die over and over due to standing in the very obvious GLOWING PATCH OF DOOM under your feet constantly,and waste everyone's time you will be kicked and put on the DIAF list.
5. Experience. We're not looking for experience back to sunwell, but experience with a wide array of mechanics means you're accustom to not being a tard.

Loot System

We use a /roll system mixed with a minor Loot Council (Primarily for the beginning of a content patch.) We are always fair and expect others to share loot with others. Gear is a tool for killing bosses.

Trial Period

New recruits will be put on trial status but will still have a core spot. Your performance will determine if you'll make it as core or not. Bring your A-Game and you're in.

About Us:
The Requiem started out as one of Magtheridon's stronger Vanilla raiding guilds but died out for a while. In mid-Wrath it was recreated by one of its original members as a 10 man guild. It has since become a strong 25 man guild now progressing in heroic raid content, with a core team of raiders that has been raiding together since tier 5 content in The Burning Crusade.

We are a serious raiding guild, but we also value things like sleep and sanity. We love to progress, but not at the cost of burning out. Our core group is dedicated and very knowledgeable who have adjusted their own busy schedules in order to raid - we are not interested in wasting our time (or yours) several nights a week screwing around.

We do expect people to be on time and have consistent attendance. While working on hardmodes, it is very important to maintain continuity from night to night. We definitely take into account people’s work schedules and real-life emergencies, but would appreciate you being able to make a large majority of these raid times, or letting us know in advance if you won’t be able to attend.

We believe everyone should be looking for those little ways to maximize their character’s potential, no matter what role they fulfill in the raid. We are looking for dedicated, skilled players that are proactive about doing this- and asking if they need assistance. We want you to perform in raids, as an individual and as part of a team, but a positive learning attitude goes a long way, too.
