Apparently if you do want to cancel your sub you need to do so over the phone. Not sure if it has been fixed yet.

Come on.. really? I was able to unsub yesterday just fine, however it was my own kneejerk reaction due to how shitty Ilum is right now for republic, however after much deliberation I have resubbed as with any developer new to the MMO market it will take a few patches to get things right. After all it is still a great game, even if there are a few miss-steps along the way
