currently we got 2 cats (both 6.5 yrs old - brother and sister) and a water turtle

lost 5 rats and 1 hamster over the last 2 years but prefer to have cats

I have a 8 year old cat and a rat that is under a year. Both are awesome, easy going and independent.

I do not have a pet of my own. Had plenty over the years but not right now.

But I tend to get really close to pets in my indirect family. My two sisters cats, my ex's dog (which had to be put down, I still use a photo of her as my iphone background image... I miss her) and my current girlfriend's cat and dog.

I can see myself getting a cat one day though.

Nope, dont have any pets. My parents/siblings got a dog though and I'm there every now and then as they dont live to far away.
I wouldnt mind having a dog myself, but I am to lazy and dont ahve that much money. So it's better that I dont, would just be cruel to get a dog if I couldnt really take care of it properly.

Allergic aswell towards dogs and cats, so... :P

Could see myself having snakes, tarantulas or a king size aquarium. But again, too busy and not enough time/money to take care of a pet or pets.


Also, got plenty of dust bunnies. But I think it's time for them to be put out of their misery...

Have 3 cats in my household, 2 are my boyfriends, 1 is mine (though we both love all 3!)
Akka - 12-13 year old (she was rescued so not 100% on her age) tortoiseshell and white moggy.
Kaya - 9 year old tortie point Balinese.
Domino - 3 year old white and ginger moggy (she has a splotch of ginger on her back, ginger tail, Rest of her is white with little ginger spots).

All lovely little cats in their own way. Personalities are very different!

I have a Maltese. I will never own a cat. I don't want an animal that craps/pees in the house, even if does it in a box, climbs all over everything, and makes me sneeze, or have a runny nose, and not only that, they shed horribly.
