Well, kinda. The faceguard is the lower part of the Wrathful Gladiator helmet.

erm it migt be togrey an spikey, but I guess you could try the tanking heirloom model? thats only covering your characters jaw, personnaly I use it on my worgan warrior, with any dragon releated or spike releated set

It's kind of amazing the difference a skullcap (and face-mask) makes, isn't it? That picture wouldn't look nearly as good with the full helm, and neither does the gear. Unfortunately, turning off the helm still doesn't quite work for it. /sadface
