Worth dropping 2 piece t12 for 2 piece t13? (Resto Druid)

Title pretty much says it, worth dropping 2 piece t12 for 2 piece t13, talking about resto druid.

I've read somewhere else on these druid forums (resto) that one should swap out 4p T12 directly over to 4p T13 when you have them.
And not go with "both", meaning 2p T12 + 2p T13 is a loss in healing. (Not sure how much/little.)
And one should change it of equal quality too. If you have 4p T12 with 2 of them HC, one should only swap to 4pT13 when you also have 2 of them in HC for example.

The 4p T12 is really good, and the 4p T13 is meh, so you need to cover the "loss" of 4p T12 bonus with higher ilvl 4p T13.

Hope I made any sense. :P

Correct me if I'm wrong please.

2t12 +2t13 is the best way to go for Heroic Spine, as the 4t12 doesn't work with the absorbs.

If you time your innervates well, 2t12 and 2t13 aren't too far apart from each other, but the 2t12 is still better.

I think if you're using normal 2t12 (not 4), then yes, it'll be worth swapping to 2t13 for the higher ilvl.

2T13 is usually overrated, and 4T13 is underrated.

You generally shouldn't drop 4T12 for 2T13 unless you get a large ilevel increase. 2T12 for 4T13 is about equivalent strength, so not a problem.

I don't see how you can be in a situation choosing between 2T12 and 2T13 (simple answer: don't do it) unless you have lots of offset pieces.
