Question regarding the Seething Cinders in FL

Hey, just had a quick question regarding these. I haven't really been able to find an updated table or post regarding the drop rates (there are tables but I am not sure if they are accurate). Anywho, I heard the drop rate was nerfed for 10m, so what is currently the drop rate for these for both 10m Normal and 10m Heroic? Am I correct in saying its 18-23 for Normal and 23-26 for Heroic?

I haven't done heroic firelands yet, but I can confirm that 18-23 is correct for normal kills

You get a little more cinders on heroic kills. I've seen up to 26 drops on heroic.

its actually been buffed afaik for 10m normal.. back a while ago i started that quest and was getting 18-22 but now im getting 20-25 per boss in 10m normal.
i recently finished this quest a few weeks ago and noticed the increased droprate of cinders.. no bosses were on heroic mode btw.

0 man gets lowest -> 10 man heroic = 25man normal -> 25 heroic gets most.
