General Rules
You need to have a good base knowledge of the class you play and should always be up to date on class changes.
You should be prepared to adjust your talent spec/build in order to perform better on encounters that require it.
You will be prepared with consumables for every raid.
You will be prepared for new encounters by either reading up or watching movies on Learn2Raid.com.
You must have ventrilo 3.0 installed on your computer and own a working microphone.
You must have important addons like a bossmod and a threatmeter depending on your class installed.
You will show be on time for the raids you signed up for.
You will always sign up for raids as it is a requirement, even if you can't come you will sign up as cancelled.
You have good knowledge of the English language.
You need to be a team player, we don't want people in the guild who are only here for the epix.
You need to be able to handle criticism without going emo.
Gear-wise we expect you to have an average itemlevel of at least 397, properly enchanted and gemmed.
