Lagg issues

As of lately ive been struggling with Lagg spikes in LoL. It has never been like this, is there anything i can do? is there any settings or something i cn use to make it take less internett or something?

Maybe you can turn down shadows???

Or reset routor could work as well

Check to see if you have packet loss. Hit Windows key + R and type in cmd. That will open the command prompt, type in ping -t google.com, hit enter and leave it open for 1-2 minutes. Hit Ctrl + C and it will give you the results, tell me how much you're losing if any.

Make sure your Antivirus and Firewall aren't interfering with the game.
