We pull at Raid start time so expect everyone to be prepared for this and be at the raiding location at raid start

Attendance Requirments.
You try your best to be available for all of the regularly scheduled raids. If the guild really needs you on a particular day, you make an effort to come.
You don’t mind wiping on a new encounter.
You make yourself available to stay longer than raid times on a progress fight if asked.
You have Ventrilo installed.
