I wouldn't buy a computer right now with ivrybridge comming out any week now and the 7000 series from ati and nvidian comming out with there 600 series all this quarter i'd hang on

ATi7000, GTX600, and Ivy Bridge will be coming out in this quarter -- unless you really need a new one and am dying, I'd hold on for the releases.

    Unless you really don't care.

What are using this for, most of the components are overkill if it's just WoW/DotA etc.

I'm pretty sure most of this is overkill. I don't exactly need the best that's out there.
My intentions are just heavy gaming. Games like: Terraria, TF2, Just Cause 2, Arkham City, plus more Steam games, possibly shooters like CoD or Battlefield.
My price range is up to $2,700, although I don't want to go under $2,000.
    The country is United States.

Please provide feedback on what to cut back on if possible. I want to know what I definitely don't need.

2700K to 2500k. Get a real PSU brand instead of junk. GTX 590 is overkill for most of your listed games and new cards are coming in the next few months.
