Right click on the SSD in the Disk Manager -> Create new partition.

Follow the steps, make sure it's NTFS.

    Problem solved.

I knew it was something stupid. I was right clicking the wrong thing.

Now is there any way to shuffle windows over there or do i need to do a clean install to the SSD, and can that be done without the CD (i know i was able to format back to factory on my laptop without any cd.

With the amount of space you used on the original OS drive, i wouldn't recommend it, it would require uninstalling all programmes and removing downloaded files.

After that it would require cloning.

It would be better to just reinstall cleanly.

I'm sure you can simply jot down the key of your windows install and then download a new version of that exact W7 variant and reinstall with that.
