Click and hold pic in Op and shake it, works a treat (just gotta get right speed for your eyes) and yes i agree its Doogie :P - Still made my eyes go spastic tho

CTRL+MWheel Down works just as well and most browsers I know have that capability.

That said I was thinking Ol' Astley but after seeing the picture posted above it's definitely not Rick.

If you push your computer way back and hold the screen at an obtuse angle (relative to your eyes) he can be seen without shaking.
