It's an alright price for a 6 month old computer.

You could probably build your own at equal specs for that price, it's alright though.
    i7-6700k 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GTX 980 | 16GB Kingston HyperX | Intel 750 Series SSD 400GB | Corsair H100i | Noctua IndustialPPC
    ASUS PB298Q 4K | 2x QNIX QH2710 | CM Storm Rapid w/ Reds | Zowie AM | Schiit Stack w/ Sennheiser HD8/Antlion Modmic

If you get receipts for every component showing those really arent older than 6 months and preferably still under manufacturer warranty, it's fairly decent deal. It's not optimal for SWToR, but you wont get better for less money.

I'd say that it's a fairly decent deal, as long as you get the proper receipts (warranty), manuals and boxes. Also make sure you check so the Windows license is proper (legit). If you can, make sure to check that the computer is properly built and doesn't have any apparent flaws (like damaged fans).

For reference, this is what a custom computer (excluding Windows) would offer:
    Budget Gaming 650
    MoBo: ASRock H67M (B3)$79.99
    CPU: Intel i5 2400$189.99
    RAM: G.Skill 1600MHz Ripjaws 2x2GB$29.99
    GPU: HIS Radeon 6870$169.99
    HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB$89.99
    PSU: Enermax NAXN 450W$44.99
    Case: CM Elite 430$49.99 Review
    --------------------------------------------------
    Estimated Total Price – $655

    Recommended for:
Strong budget gaming build that can tackle
most newer games. Has a fairly nice upgrade
    path as well.
