motherboard and that 2500k are incompatible look for either a p67 or z68 chipset board for intels.

Check out the ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 board im using one myself its been great. was trying to post some links but apparently i cant yet.

For the card check out 6950's or 560ti's probably the best spot for your pricepoint.

    GL!

4gb is not enough in my opinion, you can get cheap 8gb slots. Opt for 8gb, esp. if you go 64bit on your os.
HDD, WD is cheap and not bad, yet Samsung has shown the best results in the last months and they aren't expensive either.
    Change your motherboard.

    All the rest looks decent!

Graph.Card: I prefer Nvidia, but that's because i'm an Nvidia fanboy....after having loads of issues with Ati, but hey...guess they both have their ups & downs!
It's like we are all Red Jelly Beans in a Jar full of various colors. Every now and then they reach in and get a Red Jelly Bean.
We know we are in there, we can see the color, we just can't do anything to speed up our being taken out of the jar -- Jelly Beans can't speak.
