Will this GPU work on this MOBO?

Here is my MOBO https://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...ct=4064886#N50 and here is the Graphics card im going to be getting it a few days http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-6850-...3617037&sr=8-1 I know that i have the 6 pins/enough watts for the graphics card to work and i have the PCIE slot but my only concern is if it will fit, im like 90% sure that it will but i just wanna be on the safe side. The only thing that im worried about being in the way is http://i1182.photobucket.com/albums/...cterz/mobo.jpg Im not sure if the card will hover over that stuff or if it wont be in the way at all. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Technologically speaking it'll fit, it's got a PCI-E slot so don't see why not. I'd be a bit concerned about those SATA ports though, I think the card might get pretty close or even cover them...

EDIT: I found the measurements for the board and they are 215.9mm x 111.2 mm x 38mm - meaning that the length is about 21.6 cm and Micro-ATX is 24.5. So the card will definitely overhang the SATA ports.

EDIT 2: I can't tell how high the silver heatsink is so can't comment on that, however it'll definitely clear the RAM slots.

Assuming the silver heatsink isn't very tall then yes, it will fit, but are you sure it'll fit in your case? And what about the SATA ports? I'm fairly sure they'll be covered by the card...

I went an opened up my PC and measured the silver heatsink, from the MOBO up its 1/2 an inch i also checked if it would have enough room length wise and it has more then enough room. Do you think the heatsink will interfere with the graphics card?

The height of a normal PCI-E connector is 11.25mm (1.125cm) and half an inch is ~1.27 cm, although the rest of the card starts a few mm higher than the top of the PCI-E socket. It'll be very close, but it should fit given the measurements supplied.
