Paladin T13 Holy 4P Bonus (Holy Radiance) change cancelled?

On the official patch notes @ http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/427...1_12_2012#blog it does not list the change shown on the most recently posted patch notes listed on the MMO-Champion main page under Paladin.

It only shows the change in base mana cost now. Is the 4pc bonus change listed somewhere else, or was that change cancelled?

The change was made a few weeks ago. The patch will fix only the tooltip

As blaxter said, 4.3.2 is merely updating the tooltip for Holy's 4pc bonus. It was nerfed from 20% to 5% within the first week or two of DS.
