Eolithic on Terokkar is currently recruiting to fill out our 25m raid team! We are seeking exceptional, consistent raiders to continue our heroic-mode content. We are currently 1/8(H) in Dragon Soul and are working on heroic Hagara. We are looking to fill in some gaps in our roster with talented individuals that are consistently able to attend progression raids at the above days and times.

What can you expect from Eolithic?

We offer a competitive raiding atmosphere. We strive to be the best and execute fights to the best of our abilities. During off times we frequently run dungeons, older content, BG’s, and pretty much anything you can think of. We offer free enchants, gems, and repairs to all raiders.

What do we expect of our raiders?

We expect our raiders to show on time for raids, ready to raid. Plain and simple… be repaired, up to date on the fights and their mechanics and how to properly execute your assignments on any given fight. We expect our raiders to stay for the full duration of the raid. We don’t need/want any kids who have to leave because they didn’t do their homework, or mom needs them to take out the trash. We expect any applicant to be AT LEAST 6/8 normal mode with appropriate ilvl to compete in Heroic mode fights.

What is Eolithic’s raid schedule?

Currently, we start invites at 7pm server Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays and generally raids go until ~11pm server. We usually don’t run over that time by more than 15 minutes. On new progressions, we may run a 10m after the normal raid schedule so we can get the kill and learn the fight and mechanics more to teach to the rest of the guild come the next time on the fight.

Any other requirements/information I should know?
25-man raiding is inherently more stressful on your computer hardware, and slightly moreso on your network connection. We expect all members to have a modern computer than can handle 25-man content without issue (at high enough graphics settings to be able to see the "bad stuff"), and a stable internet connection at speeds high enough that latency does not negatively affect your gameplay. We also expect members to have a working microphone to be able to speak in addition to listen to Ventrilo communications.
