enhance or elemental for 2v2 with frostmage?

What would you guys recommend?

I know that hex/poly share diminishing returns, but how about (elemental)earthgrab/frost nova and (enh)frostshock/frostnova?

I'm 95% sure they share DR , and it doesn't sound like a combo that could really work :/

Ele/frost mage can work. It requires the ele to be pretty damn good, and the mage to be good at babysitting him by peeling all the bad guys that stop the ele from being able to do anything.

Enhance/frost mage would probably be somewhat easier to play, but also probably less capable, if that makes sense.
