I'm still looking, though. It's been too long since I've played it, but it was awesome.
Edit: There we are, Baldwin Glendale, from Ogre Battle 64. I recognized the artwork from the video game guide. I ALSO remember that the guide was horribly, horribly flawed in several places, giving incorrect names and tactics for obtaining at least one person.
