Yeah, I've seen this a few times over the last few months, sometimes both the name and server in question marks, sometimes just the server name. I thought it just had something to do with lag.

100% sure they are Russians. We have faced them in RBGs, and their weird letters cause our AddOns to stop working.. can not target a single one cause their names are all the same.
