390 ilvl Hunter LF 8/8+ Guild w/ raid times after 9pm CST

Due to a new job offer I will not be able to make my guilds 8pm start time. I will usually be off by 7 but on some nights I may be required to stay on 830 at the latest and I refuse to be late, particularly if it becomes consistent. Therefore, I am searching for a guild that raids at least 3 days a week, preferably Tues-Thurs. I will rarely be available on weekends as of right now.

Being 8/8 or more is essential, as our guild downed DW with relative ease on just our 2nd week of raiding together and I would like to joined a group of people with a similar skill set. A group of easy going people is a definite plus too. I am willing to join a 10 or 25m guild. No preference really. I am not looking for a standby or bench spot. I would like to be recruited with the intention of being given a core as long as I perform up to the standards that are expected, which I am confident I will. I am also willing to faction change if needed.

I have 4+ years experience raiding as a Hunter. I play both SV and MM pretty well. I have some WoL available if needed. Thanks

Ouroboros is a semi-hardcore raiding guild with a passion for progression. Our primary goal is to conquer raid content and have a good time doing so. Since the shared raid lockout implementation shortly before Cata, Ouroboros remains as one of the few 25-man raiding guilds left on Kilrogg-US.
