    Hooked up my laptop to my TV now...

    And I can't figure out how to get vent to play through my headset (and get my mic to work).

    It's a Toshiba Satellite laptop hooked up to a 32inch HD Vizio via HDMI.


    Any advice?

    Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner, select playback devices, select your headset as the default playback device. Start up vent but right click on its icon and select run as administrator.

    Or better yet, just change the output and input device in Ventrilo itself.
