Overclocking issue/help

Hi,
I'm having overclocking issues. My cpu goes from 4.5ghz and 1.4 vcore to 1400 mhz and 0.9v during load. I ran an 14 hour prime 95 blend test with no errors. Temp was at 50-55C.

Speccs:
Mobo: Asus m5a87
Cpu: fx 8120-8 core default 3.1ghz(. It runs smooth at 4ghz)
Memory: 8gb 1600mhz
Hdd: ssd corsair 120gb
Gpu: xfx 6950 2gb
Cooler: antec kühler 620
Corsir 700w psu.
At 4ghz 3dmark 11 5100 score and 4.5ghz 4700 score

Also lags during games at 4500mhz. I know the issue just not how to fix it.
I have the cooling and the psu for 4.5ghz clocks. I only oced using multiplier in bios.

Install the Win 7 Bulldozer patches and see if they help.
