Asus VE247H 23,6" vs ASUS VS239H 23

Wich of these is better for playing games, surfing web and so on.

I'd go for the VS239H, it's got a nice viewing angle and doesn't go dark if you look too far to the side.
Also IPS.

I appreciate your reply, however is the MS a big thing when it comes down to gaming?

The latter has a MS of 14 seconds, and the first one only 2 seconds. Is this a non-issue?

FPS? Probably.
