I'm asking the same question, since indeed I felt like it did tonight. But maybe it was another healer fucking up.
no ... can be used all the times
On a similar vein, did anyone notice Binding healing adding a stack to the target and to the caster? I'm sure it didn't use to...
Last week PoM did not cause a stack, Binding Heal did indeed.
I thought that PoM always caused 1 stack but only on the initial heal not the jumps
No, PoM has never caused stacks. It's free.
Sorry for beeing imprecise, what i wanted to say: PoM doesn't cause a stack when it jumps from player to player, but DO cause a stack when you apply it on somebody.Last week PoM did not cause a stack
Are you 100%sure?In december when we killed him PoM did not cause any stacks.
Sorry about derailing the thread, but what about the Maw proc?
Have not tried the boss yet with the new patch.
Comment on wowhead,
"I use this weapon for Yor Heroic and I can tell you for certain it does not cause any issues at all. Use it, free healing is very welcome on the fight. Just remember to position yourself during the red phases, easy to forget when it's hectic - but the proc can save lives in a tight spot."

I don't get why so many people are saying POM gave a stack before the patch. It definitely didn't. I used it on the tank during purple on CD and it never gave a stack.
As for post patch, no idea.

We're not asking pre-patch, we're asking post-patch. It seemed like my PoM was the culprit for a couple of explosions, but without logs I can't verify. If it's the initial heal, I'll just reglyph for this fight.
I used PoM after the patch, and it sill was not adding a stack.
on a side note, A/A (holy fire) appears to add multiple stacks
i triggered deep corruption with only 1 cast of holy fire
