It's point on guys with shields, not shield points

Don't think you really get many points for only shields... mostly HP afaik.

Ah that makes sense. You only have to damage shields and not drain them. Well then I will just stick with my godmode KroGuard and pwn those newbs on bronze or solo silver, whatever

That still isn't correct. It is points of any kind from any source gained from targets with shields. The challenge isn't about shields but about enemies that have shields. Merely damaging or removing shields doesn't give that many points if any. So pretty much any geth and most Cerberus troops.

I just fucking saw a banshee get a quadra kill with her grab! does anyone know of ANY way to escape her OP grasp of death?

Her grip of death can be interrupted by heavy damage.

Yeah, heavy damage the banshee, or get killed by something else while grabbed

Will set you on the floor dying but revivable/medkittable

Ive actually experienced getting grabbed by banshee but then a husk took over the grab and it got killed and so my life was saved.

Only successful runs I've had with Volus (Voli?!?) is when the entire team supports the Volus by adapting to his style, and not the other way around. I thought Volus are the support specialists, not us.

Since they can't get to cover, the entire team runs around kiting stuff with a fat asshole tailing their back and spamming that Shield Restore. Worked even on Gold. Easy as hell too. But once you get a Hack objective you get to watch your Volus die about 50 times. It's like having a mobile Geth Turret that deals less damage and has even lesser HP.

Not being able to get to cover in a cover based shooter is a fucked up mechanic if you ask me.

Volus are probably fun, seeing their hectic style. But I rather not see one in an all random group. Usually ends up in disaster.

What people dont realise in games, is that support also need support. They dont have the impenetrable defense most people seem to think they have.
