I will totally NOT pick up ME3 again just because I don´t want to help the Alliance save the day with the "spur-of-the-moment magical space bomb that just showed up in the humans' back yard" AKA "The Crucible".

I mean seriously the ME2 crew is 1000 times better than the bunch of "lieutenants" on the Alliance Normandy.

Damn i went to Lunch and when i came back there are 2 more pages of discussions
AND i found out there is a anime coming. WTF i hope they will do a better job putting that story together at least

anyhow my initial thoughts where the same and Moontalon but there are more possibilities and the story is just wel not very detailed what happened or why shepp would get imprisoned if you didnt play Arrival. all in all i think they could have done a better job at that especially for people who where new to the game.

I think that too. It was poorly explained why Shepard was in custody and especially when he has not done Arrival prior.

It is absolutely misguilding to just show shepard in custody at the start of the game without proper explanation as why he is there an stuff.

I guess I just tend to fill in the blanks on my own if they're not filled in for me. It never bothered me. lol I just assumed that, if not for the events in Arrival, it was for working with Cerberus.

Maybe he was court martial'd for breaking the laws of.. FASHIIOOON!

Seriously, there's no way that the N7 armour has been "in season" this long

The more I love something the more plot holes and missing features/characters get under my skin. They have some reasons characters dont join you but those reasons are just as difficult to add into the game as a usable squad member considering there are no loyalty missions, its completely baffling to me.

I can't bring myself to use the armor sets. I'd SO use the Reckoner-Knight armor if I could toggle the helmet off (at all times - not just during conversations). I hate the helmets. lol

Yeah this is one of the things I hate about Armor sets too

There is no way to turn your helmet off in ME2 and in ME3 only in conversations.

Just looks awkward to see Shep kissing with his helm on

I read a tweak on PC about editing it so there's no helmet graphic but I can't get it to work. With the tweak, instead of the armor set's helmet or no helmet, I get the default N7 helmet instead. QQ

So... I just realized I play Mass Effect way too much. Sitting here playing ME1 and I can recite the lines with the characters, speaking as they do, without subtitles. Something's wrong with me!

I can do that in ME2 but I've only ever played ME1 once I played ME2 first, and then going back to ME1 was horrible (all the combat felt so slow and blergh)

Haha yeah that's why I always suggest people play ME1 first. Going back to ME1 from ME2 was always torturous for me, even though I played ME1 first (several times), and even more so after ME3 (the combat in ME3 is awesome!) .

Not just you. I am actually quite intelligent and I can remember things very good. It is enough to play a game once for me to be able to remember most of the lines and quests and stuff from the previous playthrough.

Same goes with movies and stuff. I know people who play games 3 times and still have almost no clue whats going on.

lol I have the same thing with movies too. I'll spout off random lines from movies I watched as a little kid during conversations all the time. It throws people off. XD

Not really certain that has anything to do with intelligence, though.

My memory can work really well sometimes too, I managed to finish the Magic Carta game in Tales of Graces f yesterday on Hard. I WAS SO PROUD OF MYSELF

    for reference:

Each card has a quote on it
    The first half of the quote will be read out by a speaker (In that video, アスベル, at the bottom) and then the players have to get the card that matches with that quote. The person who hits the card reads out the second half of the quote. I couldn't find an English video. Sorry. D;

    Now back to Mass Effect..

I think its one of the wonders of the mind.
AS long as you are interested in it you will remember a lot of a certain event be it watching a movie or playing a game.

At leat thats the case with me as soon as i feel i lose interest in something whole conversations just go right through me.
Since i never really got bored iwth ME1 but the gameplay was really anoying i never actually finished it.

I installed it again last night and am planning to play the whole game at least once now. the only positive thing about the gameplay in ME1 was that you could not run out of ammo

    Works with music too.

I can recognize a song within the first two chords and I can sing along with a song I haven't heard in years. It's amusing. lol
