I figured that. The "hair", body paint, and outfit are what make it.
Reminds me a bit of that Heimdall cosplay I saw the other day. Costume was just about perfect.

It was funny reading the comments on the Facebook post for that picture, though. So many people didn't realize the chick in the middle was cosplaying FemShep.

Man, those are very nice cosplays! I really should play again. Ugh. I ended up deleting Me3, and trying to reroll with another story decision from 2, but never had the time to reinstall. Well...mass effect saves, thank you for always being there when I'm too lazy.

She is a war asset regardless if you punch her in ME1 and 2.
You just get a bonus if you never did.
But its only about 15, and the screaming husk head alone is worth more war assets than that.
The satisfaction of punching her is worth far more than that.
