because i was verbally abused from the moment i won the roll (ultraxion) to the end of the madness , even if i was almost solo healing all fights in 10man and carry the raid.. that person persuade everyone in that pug i was the bad person and that trinket should be pass to him!!

WwH is a solid dependable 1kHPs and its proc rate tracks how heavily you're healing (in contrast to EoBP, which was terrible). When I look at my guild's logs I see about a 25 second proc interval for WwH, so no. Windward probably performs better for druids than both shamans and priests. Pallies in HRspam probably get more from it than you, but that's about it.

SoS is an average 4% haste bonus, but 'average haste' doesn't matter much for druids. If you're reforging for 2005 haste, the SoS proc adds ticks to WG, Efflor, Rejuv, and Tranq. that's about a 15% effic gain on a 20/120 timer. 2.5% hps gain if you're mana limited.
