393 Frost Dk 5/8HM exp LF Raiding guild

Hello everyone,

Just recently my guild fell apart due to attendance issues and now I'm searching for a new guild to raid with. I was asked to rerolled to a Deathknight which ive been playing about 3 weeks from my 395 hunter that i played since i started during Wrath for a more helpful class in DS. I wasn't given a single day of practice but i jumped right in ready to compete and learn my new class. Within that small amount of time even while undergeared but doing mechanics correctly i helped my guild progress to 4/8H before the downfall. I'm dedicated to raiding as that being the main reason i play WoW but I'm looking for a guild that been around a while and wanting to progress further into DS as bad as i do. Within the short period of time I had to learn this toon before raid lockout reset I must say ive came pretty far and with a chance I know I wont let u down. While in Arx Deorum I didn't miss a raid for i felt it wouldnt of been right leaving my fellow guildies hanging to fill my spot for the night. As a guild choice I'd prefer a 25 man guild horde or alliance doesn't matter that raid Monday-Thursday starting from 6-6:30(pst). Also for the guild to be at least 5/8HM cause I don't want to start over on progression. I'm not a fan of weekend raiding for RL reasons and would love to keep it to just weekly.

Who is TCN?
Turbo Cyborg Ninjas is an Alliance, 25-man progression guild on US-Ner’zhul. We’re one of the oldest guilds on the server. We first started out as a social guild with a bunch of real life friends in Vanilla, and then gradually moved into a hardcore raiding guild in The Burning Crusade. As a guild, we have successfully completed all encounters through the last two expansions, and our goal in Cataclysm is to remain a competitive and efficient raiding guild. We pride ourselves in spending less time raiding while progressing faster than other guilds who raid more. We feel there should be a balance between raiding and real life, which is why we are extremely focused on raid days and move quickly with little downtime. TCN maintains a lean raiding roster and continues to seek skillful and dedicated players who raid because they like challenging endgame content, completing achievements for nerd points, and being surrounded by people with similar aspirations and goals.

I need to replace a few DPS that are being carried.

I am looking to replace these dps by MONDAY so I am conducting interviews all weekend and willing to forgo the application

were formed in October of 2010 and have steadily been a top 200ish since our inception starting with a US 208th Light of Dawn.

We run a light roster(28-30) so being able to maintain 90% attendance rate is paramount to both the guilds and your own success as part of the team. We have very limited spots available as the core of the roster has been growing and has been very steady since the tail end of last tier, we are really looking ot make a strong push to crack the top 100 US Madness kills(currently at 4/8 pre nerf we sat 132nd). We are a social guild and most people really do like each other, outside of raid times you can find League of Legends games, Dota2, SC2, BF3, as well as alt stuff, old raids, and pvp stuff so there is something for all. This is not a guild where 90% of the raiders are only online or in mumble for raids, it is a pretty active guild.

We just hit 4/8, and hoping to be 5/8 this week (25 man). We raid Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, but its a very light commitment, and we have always been tolerant of raiders who can only make 2 of the 3 raid nights if they are airtight on attendance for those 2 days.
