Rathrak (LFR) vs. Volcanospike (Normal)

So trying to decide between Rathrak, the Poisonous Mind (http://www.wowhead.com/item=78484) from LFR and Volcanospike (http://www.wowhead.com/item=71006) from normal FL. Leaning towards Volcanospike still but was just looking for some fellow Warlocks' opinions.

Rahtrak is WAY better than normal Volcanospike. More SP and intellect and really good proc. Why wouldn't it be better?

That would be Rahtrak due to the shear Intellect and the proc isn't too bad either.

Well I was told the proc didn't fire off that much. So wasn't sure if losing the Hast/hit/crit(reforged) would be worth the gain of 20 Int.

The proc as well as being random would be far more beneficial vs a group than it would single-target.

Rathrak also gives you also 300SP which is quite a much

rathrak procs almost off cooldown every 25 seconds and is good single target and even better against groups
