Any good sites with world maps, specifically flight points?

because I seem to have instances where I miss a connection, mostly because I see a short cut and it isn't, and I cannot connect two flight points without finding the middle one.

can't say i've personally encountered this...the main road usually takes you directly to flight points

You aren't in Belsavis are you? There's teleporters there that only let you transport to other teleporters.

I remember I screwed up in Belsavis. I missed a teleporter and I could never find the one I missed, and so I had to keep walking back and forth inside that area.
