Question with upgrades

1. Is Insignia of the Corrupted Mind RF version better than VPLC Normal?
2. Is Rathrak Normal and 378 OH better than 378 version of legendary staff?
3. Would it be better to use the 3 pc 384 t13 gear I have over the 378 4 pc I currently have? (I don't have access to 4 pc yet)

Don't think so.

I don't know, but I think it is, mainly because you'll be getting a lot more spell power.

I assume it is the same for T12H and T13N pieces. No, you only really want to break your T12 4piece when you have access to 2 pieces of normal mode T13 gear.

LFR version of Insignia is just a little worse than Normal VPLC, so stick with your VPLC.

I would use Rathrak on fights with adds (Yor'sajh, ship, spine, and madness) and use the staff otherwise.

As rocketbear said, stick with 2 + 2 until you can do 4.
