<Elude> on Kazzak is a Guild that transferred from Tarren Mill, created from an experienced core of players that have been playing for a long time, but we are always looking for more to increase the roster to progress through Hcs. Some of us has experience dating the vanilla times,

Have at least 8/8 downed in the current patch otherwise you will have no chance on getting in...
Your itemization and spec is a reflection of your knowledge of the game mechanics and thus you won’t get in with a terrible spec/itemization that you "feel" is right.
You have able to log on to Ventrilo and be able to speak when required. Exceptions regarding Ventrilo will not be made. Ventrilo is a no go.
You need to be active and have good social skills. You should be able to argue intellectually and know when to stay quiet. As a trial causing bad atmosphere in the guild will most certainly result in immediate cancellation of your trialship.
Enjoy the game. We are not interested in members just for current content, one of the aims of our guild is to add more members that share our vision of the game.
Be able to push absolute maximum out of tools (gear, spells etc.) that you have available and have a will to continuously improve. If you get your raider spot and then start falling back because you feel safe, you will end up on another trial or another guild.
