Yea, your DPS is pretty bad. I'm also 392 geared and pulled 53k on my guilds madness clear this week (80k in LFR which was amusing). You definitely need to be using HS more. There is so much potential extra rage in that fight from getting hit by the tentacle. And you should definitely be stance dancing.
