25m healing assignments

I've been healing lead for monthes and healing officer in my guild since january. Lately I've noticed a lot of my healers are not on the same page as me when I do healing assignments or they don't see what I see when I do them. You can only have so many words in a macro so I try to keep it short and sweet and to the point. But I feel like I might be doing something wrong.

how do you guys go about the format in which you do healing assignments? Do you have macros? or even addons for this?

You have really specific instructions...

Ours usually just specify where we need to be for fights with positional requirements (morchok/zonozz mainly) and who is specifically healing what tanks if applicable. If raid cds are needed at specific times like on yorsahj or ultraxion our RL just calls our name.

Other than that our raid leader trusts us to do whatever we need to do in order to succeed.
