Well , i contacted Blizzard CS and they asked me to provide them with my Government-issued ID via the webform , but since i don't know exactly what it is could someone tell me what exactly i must contain ? Τhank you in advance .

A driver license= government issue I.D.! basically scan your I.D. and send them the picture of it!

Government issued ID: passport, drivers license, heath card etc

I have a bus pass and that has my photo and name on it, but it's not government issued ID so it's not recognized as an official form of identification.

Well , i got a passport but it has expired since 2006 :s Are they gonna accept it ?

In that case I would say call them. They will either tell you yes or may give you an alternative method of recovery.

where do you live?

i'm not sure every country gives out identity cards. I know here in Belgium, we got a SIS-card that has medical stuff on it and an identity card that basically has the most important data about you. if you got a driver's license, that's also valid.

basically, anything that's given out by your country and has your picture, name and country on it. i believe that if you need something you could ask a government employee at a town hall about it.

Make a clear photocopy of the registered player's form of identification; illegible entries may delay the recovery process.
The ID must be valid; we do not accept expired forms of identification.
Write the World of Warcraft account name, along with "Attention: Account Services," on the photocopy of the registered player's form of identification.
