    Next "Power of the Aspects"

is it known the date when Power of the Aspects (the Dragon Soul nerf which is at 5% at the moment) will increase to 10%? or is it just imposible to know?

They've said that they'll increase it if and when they deem it necessary, but it's not on a strict schedule like the ICC zone-wide buff.

Well Blizzard stated that they would manually increase it if they noticed it was needed.
Could be that was just something they said though and it will increase by 5% per month.

I believe it was once per month in ICC. If that's the case, they'll probably stick with that structure.

I thought ICC was every 6 weeks. I'm going with 6-8 weeks for the next Aspects buff and every 8 weeks after that.

Q: If there's a easy, normal, and hard difficulty, why tweak normal until it becomes as easy as the easy mode?

A: Well the nerfs are going to be progressive enough, as I said, I don't see a 5% change being a big enough change for Raid Finder players to suddenly start clearing Normal. We also don't know where we'll end up. We plan to increase the spell by 5% about every month, but we're not sure if we'll need to. If we see a lot of people able to keep progressing and downing bosses, maybe 5% is all we need. It's going to be watching completion numbers and seeing where that gets us. We're not assuming we'll need to go as far as we did with ICC. It's not going to be automatic, our hand is on the dial.

The increase is not automatic or set in its frequency. We will be manually controlling when it increases, if at all. It will be completely based on how many people we see able to complete the raid, and our decision to increase it or not.
From the blue post about the debuff.

Probably once a month til 30%, which means DS is going to last a long time, just like ICC.

With the delay of D3, it is almost guaranteed they are going to delay MoP in order to release both titles at the best time for sales (as in, not in the same month, or really anytime close to each other).

So much for "new expansion every 1.5 years" and "we won't have another 12 month raid like ICC."

    God ICC was painful...

running it twice a week per toon was even worse...

if you read the blue post that freehoof posted for all we know there might not even be another power of the aspects nerf.... also just because the nerf can go to 30% doesnt mean it will.

I just got a question here, So we invited a random rogue to pickpocket hagara but meanwhile he also removed the 15% buff.. is there any way we can get it back or do we need to wait until next week to get the buff again?

A soft reset of the instance will do it, either zone out and wait 2 hours or everyone zone out and your raid leader needs to reset the instance and it will take care of it.

Unless they fixed it the last couple of weeks, everyone out and reset does NOT work.
We never bothered waiting for soft reset so cant say

The easiest way to solve it if it occurs BEFORE a single boss was killed is to have everyone leave the raid, disband the raid, have a alt or someone who was not in that raid invite and they go inside and then you just invite everyone from the last group.

If already saved, you gotta wait outside with a disbanded raid for 30min (the disbanded part aint requiered but to avoid any dipshit going in solo)

Edit: also next aspect buff 25/4/12 you know its true.

Had to do that in our T11 achievement group a few times. Magmaw bugs out and keeps everyone in combat. We killed a few more bosses but ended up wiping it after some people died and we ran out of battle rezzes. Just went to clear BoT and then came back after the soft reset.

Actually, I remember having to soft reset ICC a few times on raid night. I think Blood Princes bugged out and the gate stayed down, locking us in / out of the room.

Although Blizzard is doing it manually the last few % increases were live at the end of the month and announced the week before. If they will increase it to 20% you'll find out in a few days if it keeps with the current trend.
