His average Combustion ticks are below average for his gear level. He should be getting around 30-35k combustion crits on average. His average is 25k. Either he is not popping Combustion at the right time, or he doesn't really know how the spell works.

Unless you stack ignites, 30-35k combustion ticks are probably slightly out of reach.
