[HELP] Resto Shaman Talents

I'm a resto shaman 1,9k exp in 2v2 and 3v3 and i'm currently playing 2v2 with a feral and going to play 3v3 with feral/hunter.
At the moment i'm using this talent tree:

but looking at the highest resto shamans with same team as mine i noticed that a good part of them are using this talent tree:

My question is now simple... which one is better applied to my pvp arena setup?
Don't really know if is better the increased speed/instant ghost wolf or the 5 sec cd wind shear...
Every comments or tips from more experienced rest shaman pvpers or pvpers in general are welcome!!

Definitely go for the Ghost Wolf spec, you should try to look for high-rated Resto Shaman that plays your comp, not necessary just the highest rated Resto Shaman.

The reason I picked Ghost Wolf is because a 2.2k Junglecleave Resto Shaman of mine said he gets trained a lot so having that kiting ability can win you games.

Thanks... I looked team with my setup and that's why i came out with this doubt.
My idea was keeping the Enha sub-spec but dunno which one is really better as never played a junglecleave arena team.
