Which are the requirements in order to be eligible have a picture as a signature?

A post count of 10. So you should be able to add one now.

I have already added one image but it doesnt appear.

At the signature Permissions it appears "Can Upload Images for Signature No "

It sometimes takes a few hours for the system to update.

Also, you can only link to your signature file. Upload it to a site like imgur.com. You can't upload them here.

No you can't upload pictures for sigs at all. (not really sure why that option is there).

You have to put the link for your picture in the white text box in this format:

[img]link to the picture you want[/img]

If you want to have the picture clickable to somewhere you do:

[url=link you want clicking to take you][img]link to image[/img][/url]

fix it. Had the link from my album and not the public direct link . thank you both
