LF a certain thread but can't find using 'search'

i fail at searching, but w/e im a man. i cant search for my wallet so it only makes sense i suck searching for a thread. anyways if you dont want to troll me, im looking for the thread that was floating around w/ before and after workout photos

i need to get off my ass and was using some of the links in the thread as motivation before my knee replacement. well im tired of using the replacement as an excuse and need to get back to taking care of myself

Check out bodybuilding.com. It's not all bodybuilding, some very good material there on their forums from their members and from the site itself.

yeah i tried to google but i cannot remember the thread name, what im getting is workout programs and almost no before/after real stories (just stories tied to work out programs as advertisements)

i dont mind topless men >.> but its the journey that ppl just like me complete that motivates me
