Periodic comp restarts

Hey, I have an old comp (i think about 3 years old? Maybe less), that restarts every hour its on. Now, it being a pretty good rig i was planning on just dropping some money and fixing/upgrading it instead of going out and buying a new computer. I think it may be over heating, but i'm not sure, does anyone know what's wrong with it and what i'd need to do to fix it? Or at the least tell me how to figure out what is wrong with it, so then i can figure out how to fix it?

Download a hardware monitor and watch the temps (feel free to screenshot them and post it here).
