I hope this is just a tooltip bug and not an actual mechanical bug, but for Enhancement Shamans, Heroic No'Kaled has a LOWER proc value than Normal No'Kaled...
Anyone who has this can confirm/deny?

does the tooltip change with AP/talents?
those aren't even what's listed in wowhead for values.
yes tooltip change with ap/sp
I have the numbers set to average values, the one on the left is the normal version obviously, that clearly shows the proc scaling with AP/SP. The proc for the HC version does not scale and the numbers are the same as quoted on wowhead, etc.
This is a freaking joke if Blizzard have screwed up the only viable HC weapon Enh Shaman can use.....
You'll notice that the axe only has 1 tooltip value to describe 3 procs. The heroic and LFR versions use the shadow proc for their tooltips (evidenced by increased display damage when viewed by an unholy DK). The normal mode axe uses the fire proc for its tooltip (increased display damage when viewed by a fire mage). The fire and frost procs on the LFR and heroic versions of no'kaled are still affected by enhancement's mastery.
Ahh, well that is a relief. Thanks.
O had the same issue and was talking with gm.
He told me that it's only tooltip bug and this weapon is ok.
Btw. proc doesn't scale with ap/sp. It scales with our mastery
Idk i'm too bad to do get a Heroic no kaled but come next expansion i'll be able to do heroic DS and i'll let you know...My LFR no kaled is foreva sexy though
Well it's very simple to test. Just take one axe, no offhand, at best no trinket proccs and so on and start attacking a dummy and compare the damage dealt.
Are both axes (normal and hc versions) in your bags or equipped? If you're linking the hc one from Wowhead or AtlasLoot or whatever without having the item in the inventory, the damage will be base dmg, unefected by your AP or mastery on certain items.
Even if they are both in your inv and the dmg difference is still there it's most likely a tooltip bug since dmg can be hotfixed by blizz, tooltips need patches to be updated.
Oh, didn't notice, then it's prolly just a tooltip error. Test it on dummies just to be sure imo. They are both with imbues. That pretty definitely means equipped.
