Can you help me find addons?

I'm looking for 2 specific types of addons for different reasons

1) I'm looking for a good tank/healer addon that Announces in raid or party when i activate a cooldown, and then announces when it ends
2) I'm looking for an addon that will allow me to use different /yells on a specific ability and shuffle them. Example; if I'm using smoke bomb is there an addon that will make it so i can have 3 different yells setup that each have a random chance of being yelled when i use smoke bomb. Dont hate me XD

Raeli's Spell Announcer (RSA) can do this. Can be configured to message what and for which ability.
