Just for clarification, does Sweeping Strikes copy the exact...

...hits (amount of damage that you do) regardless of buffs and such.

As in a Arms Warrior using it on Zon'ozz HC during a Black Blood phase can effectively 'solo' the Claw if he gets a lucky string of crits?

Probably a dumb question, I just want to be sure.

Yes it copies exactly. Solo 1.8mil in 10 secs? Not really, but yea arms warrs really good on claw+boss cause of this ability.
    Still rogues better though.

Maybe you can beat a rogue's blade flurry for those 16-20seconds that you use rend, sweeping strikes and then bladestorm. It's crazy damage anyway.I don't think it duplicates the colossus smash debuff for instance, only the direct damage of it.

Duplicates anything from MS to Heroic Leap/ Thunder Claps, only exceptions are passive ticks like Rend and Deep wounds. So yea, its easily doable to do a combination of SSS/Calm and BS kill that 1.8mil Claw in 15 ish seconds. Especially since the boss already takes massive dmg

To add to this SS only gives you one extra hit to Whirlwind and Bladestorm regardless of how many target it hits.

Wait, so after SS runs out it is advisable to BS even though the Claw and the boss makes up 2 targets?

Have I missed something here? I'm pretty sure one's not suposed to Bladestorm if there's any less than 3 targets? 2 Targets and sweeping strike plus normal rotation would account for more damage would it not?

Frankly a rogue is not required.

There's a space of time roughly 3-4 globals for the boss to move away from the middle and then towards the tank. My guild stacks on the claw for topping up before the teams split. Our rogue wasn't around so i had to do his job. It was surprisingly easy. The claw gets down to 30% hp even before the boss arrives.

Basically hit the claw until the boss comes (30% left), boss arrives, swap to boss, ss and finish it off. Claw was down like 3 globals after boss arrived. It was dead quick.

Yes, it does. but the difference in armor/Resi on ur targets also has a role when it comes to the overall dmg output
