How often do you receive post-Arena Match harrassment from the opposing team?

The only times I've had it happen was in 2s on my double ele team and in all fairness, they SHOULD be mad when they lose to us. I usually just ask them to autograph my S key and requeue. I get more rage tells picking fights in world PvP. Kind of stinks that turf wars have died out in favor of whiny tells.

Usually comes from semi bads playing a good combo and think they can win vs anyone.

We outplayed RMP at 2.5k MMR as our alt w DK/SP/R-druid badly. We dragged it out for some time.. Kept all 3 on 10% for 2 mins whilst toying them around since they spammed /spit etc since first second of the game. After we took them down, jeez. 200 spams about dead mothers, sexual preferences etc.

We met them next week aswell. They left after 10 secs.

For arenas, I have never been whispered before. But once I whispered the enemy team after a ~30 minute game in 2s. We played Shadow+Sub and they played RShaman+Sub. We thanked them for the very entertaining match. It was really exciting, because both teams had times, when someone was at like 10%. Yes, we were all bad and today I'd be bored in such a match-up, but back then it was hilarious, because we finally outlasted them as double dps team.

why is it a dick move to not let your opossing faction gain control of WG? why is it not a valid reaspon to do WG avery time it pops? sounds pretty STIUPID...I think your mad cause you get your ass kicked in WG...

only thing i could agree with is camping the lunar ppl, and still thats world PvP, so get your panties up and stop crying over stupid shit that makes no sense

ive come close to doing this a few times, mostly when we run into a healer that just stands with his back to a corner the entire 45minute match...

As for the warr/ret game? I was actually surprised when they killed my rogue and was thinking "oh no, these guys are geared AND know what they are doing, I'm going to get destroyed". I really wished I had frapsed it, it was hilarious. Warr didn't keep hamstring up, rend was NEVER applied, he barely ever used colossal smash and he never used intercept or charge if I was out of range. Don't even get me started on the ret and his ability to hammer me ONLY when throwndown had been used....

Oh! I remembered another good one. This one will make you guys laugh. Okay so basically I was leveling a warlock and am around level 20ish. I was running over to Duskwood to start the quests there. I notice a paladin (high level horde, def 85) flying by me and just pray he doesn't feel like being a jerk. He lands and follows me, does /no, and HoJ's me. I'm thinking "Okay maybe he wants to scare me." Well PvP reactions kicked in and I trinketed the HoJ and started casting a fear, but it was too late and he kills me. I decide to just shrug it off and rez. What do you know? He's still there. I rez again and try to get away with the whole speed run rez. That's due to the guild perk where you run at 1000000% while dead, so you get near your body, start running, jump, and take the rez mid air so you go flying further than you normally would've been able to accept the rez.

I'm thinking to myself, man that was really smart and I probably got away. Considering it's Duskwood, so I'm hanging by the trees/foilage and you can't see jack while flying there because the damn place is pure trees. Nope, he finds me and kills me. I get upset by this point and log off to get on my main. I'm thinking to myself "man, he's probably long gone" so I fly over on my Priest, who just so luckily enough for me actually had a Shadow spec (I PvP Disc), and look around for him. I get sad because he's gone. Fly around some more whining "bah I can't believe he got away" and out of the corner of my eye what do I see? The mfer is STILL there. His life was so pathetic he literally camped me for 3 deaths and sat there waiting the 3-5 mins it took for me to log off and fly to Duskwood @ 280% speed. So luckily he seems AFK and I start dotting him. I get a VT/DP/SW: P and a Mind Flay off, but he flies off

. I got him to 50% at best.

So I decide "whatever, I don't care enough" and log over to my Warlock. A few seconds after loading in, I set my scripts and start walking towards the main city. What do I see? A freaking whisper from some lowbie Alliance alt, trash talking ME. Oh man do I WISH I could remember what he said, but I never think about SSing these things. I believe it was along the lines of calling me "bad" for getting on my main and calling me a coward (more vulgar word for one). It was one of the most hypocritical things I've ever heard in my life. That kid had to be about 12 years old. So apparently it's okay for him, a level 85 paladin, to camp and kill a level 20 something over and over. Then the moment I decide to log over to my 85 to defend myself, it's a sin against God himself. Some people are just too funny.

Very very rarely.
At 2.6k rating in both 2s and 3s, the other teams are somewhat mature and since I play rls (dtr+fotf) , most harassment goes to my rogue partner for "cheating" with daggers and vial... Oh well, not my problem they die to pve power

I rather get rank 1 and have a few teams hate on us then just hitting gladiator and all other teams being cool towards us. They decided to enter the arena for a slaughter fest so honestly, they shouldn't whine when they lose.

If your rogue does indeed have legendary's and vial, I get why people talk shit, pve gear shouldn't be allowed in arena.

Having said that, im usually very nice and whisper a GG to a team after a close match, some people interpret that as trolling them and start whining back about my comp/life/virginity/mom/pve gear etc etc etc.

Usually people just say gg back and we queue into them happily ever after.

Though I do tend to make denegrating remarks to 2100 trip dps countering the fuck out of us and costing -20 points.

Its awesome being on stormscale, don't even need to make level 1 alts for that

I've never seen any for PvPing. However, I have trolled people hard enough on the Official Forums that they've made a level one alt to attempt to trash talk me. Most people lack any subtlety those days on the forums, and think its all my fault their profanity laced tirade gets them banned.

This weekend, however, we ran a premade in WSG for shits and giggles and we were randomly matched against another premade from our server. It was great. It felt like it did when BGs first came out. There were some whispers but they were more good natured.

Yep. Was back in TBC on my resto shammy. We beat this Rogue Mage team as warrior / shammy (lol) and he made a lvl1 alt and raged at me for 'using pillars like a fag omg'.

When he calmed down he apologized though and called a gg : 3

Barely get any, if you're complaining against Destruction you're just a total moron lol. Although I never hesitate to go make an Alt after finishing a match to congratulate a very skilled team, whether I lose or win. (Although when I win it's basically gloating, but in a nice way

Only once, it was against a frost dk/holy priest combo and my teammate died and me being a blood dk that they just couldnt kill. They eventually just gave up after 2v1 for around 25 minutes and log onto lvl 1s to PM me.

Since legendary daggers are out I seem to get more post game whispers. If I get a q with another on server team we'll usually throw some playful banter back and forth.

The most I got was with the OP pally bug where I would sit at the GY, divine storm 1-2 times to kill an entire team....

never got pst's afte arena's but i got pst today while lvling my rogue through BG's. kept one shotting the shaman who was low end of bracket and everytime he ressed he took same route back to flag room and id kill him again..think i kiled him 18 times in a row in one game. saw him in 3 moe after than i started to get pst from lvl one toons. kept puttin em on ignore and then there would be a new one within min's.
