Elemental - Cunning of the Cruel

Right now I have 4p t13, and I am mastery stacking. I have Will of Unbinding (LFR), Cunning of the Cruel (LFR), and Necromantic Focus (Heroic). Which fights should I use cunning of the cruel on?

All of them.

I believe CoC even LFR version sim higher than NF(H).

WoU is a given, no matter what ilvl it is you will want it to be one of the 2 trinket slot.

The other slot however, the choice is pretty much down to CoC vs CotCM (assuming same ilvl basis).

Cunning is pretty amazing for us. Not us good as spriests and wlocks but pretty good. Sim it to see it for yourself, but on me NF was way lower..

It's not actually that "amazing". Both of the secondary trinkets are about as good as the other, so I'd go with IotCM purely because CotC is actually amazing for shadow based classes.
