Shadow Priest pve race

Heya, I've been away from WoW since 3.1 and recently came back to the game. I currently have a draenei shadow priest but I was thinking about changing his race (though I still want to play as alliance), so which alliance race is the best for a pve Shadow priest nowadays?

Worgen. 1% crit, nothing else comes close for a caster.

For racials, the following is probably the best order to go in:

Alliance: Worgen (1% crit), Dranei (1% hit), Human (.5% hit via Human Spirit), Gnome (5% mana pool)
